Why Two Foothill Homes Can Feel Completely Different

In the foothills, proximity doesn’t guarantee similarity. Same hill, same elevation but a different orientation, access route, and surrounding topography all impact how a property and home feel.

One property with just a few trees and southern exposure can feel completely different from a nearby property that has a wooded and secluded lot. Each has it features and appeal and each is different.

While photos of a property can convey the look, finishes and features, walking a property and understanding its setting matters more than relying on photos and maps alone.
